Place An Order or Call-Off

Ready to place an order? Fill in this form to let us know your latest call-off.
To use this form you will need the following:
1. Full site details (incl. Postcode)
2. Purchase Order or Bulk Order Number. (PO’s will need to be attached)
3. House type/Garage names and corresponding plot numbers.

NOTE – You will receive a Ticket Number (BIS-XXXX) after placing your order. Please quote this number on all further correspondence.

1. Amend or Cancel a current call-off/order
2. Issue additional information for a current call-off/order.
3. Report Site/Delivery Issues on a previous call-off/order.
4. Request call-off/delivery updates.

NOTE – to use this service you will need to provide your Ticket ID (BIS-XXXXX).
