Forterra – Photography, Video & Audio Consent Form 

Forterra sometimes takes photographs, video, and audio recordings to help promote our people, products, and projects. These may be used in press releases, on our website and social media, in printed materials, advertisements, and other marketing or internal communications. 

We’d like your permission to use your image, video, and/or voice for these purposes. 

How your content may be used 

By giving your consent below, you agree that Forterra and its representatives may: 

• Record and use your photograph, video, and/or audio in any format. 
• Use your name, likeness, voice, and role (if relevant) in Forterra’s marketing and communication materials. 
• Use this material across all media including (but not limited to) print, digital, social media, press, presentations, and internal communications. 
• Use this material for as long as needed, without time limit. 

You will not receive payment for the use of this material. The rights granted are voluntary and given without expectation of compensation. 

Your data and your rights 

• We will store your personal details and consent record securely. 
• Your information will only be accessed by Forterra’s marketing team, authorised partners, and our appointed PR or creative agencies for related communications work. 
• We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for unrelated purposes. 
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at marketing@forterra.co.uk. 
• If you withdraw consent, we will stop using your image, video, or voice in any new materials. We’ll aim to process your request as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 30 days for it to take effect across all our systems and channels. Materials that have already been published, printed, or shared before that time may continue to appear.
