Bricklaying Forterra Females Competition - Postponed

BFF student

Forterra is proud to launch the 2020 Bricklaying Forterra Females (BFF) Competition – the only all-female bricklaying competition in the UK.

BFF is a national contest which aims to find the best female apprentice and student bricklayers in the country, while also encouraging more girls and women to consider bricklaying, and the construction industry, as a career.

The competition will take place at Lewisham College in London on April 3rd 2020.

BFF is open to all Level 1 and Level 2 female bricklaying students currently at colleges in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

There are spaces for 10 female students, which will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

The competition is supported by the Brick Development Association (BDA) and the Association of Brick Contractors (AofBC).

If you are interested in applying for a place on BFF, please complete the application form below. The deadline for entries is Friday 20th March.
